Practical questions
Is this veterinary treatment?
No. The programs are educational and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Your own veterinarian remains the right person for health questions.
What if my animal becomes distressed?
Pause the exercise, create distance, and return to an easier step. Acute distress, pain, or safety risk requires professional help.
Do I need special equipment?
Most practice uses ordinary household items. Product-specific recommendations will be optional and explained before enrollment.
Are the Spanish and German versions identical?
The learning outcomes remain consistent, but examples, terminology, scheduling, prices, and legal notices are localized for each market.
